Our clients are likely to have complex needs, so require a substantial amount of skilled care and support.

We understand that the quality of our staff is key to delivering high quality Services.  We are therefore VERY choosy about whom we employ.  As a totally bespoke Service, we endeavour to make a very good match between carers and service users - we hand-pick staff with the right attributes and skills for the client(s) they work with.

Staff retention is very important, so clients receive continuity of care.  This enables good, long-term, trusting relationships to be built up and enables staff to build long-term careers with us.

All staff undergo Enhanced DBS Police Checks and are required to join the DBS Update Service so we can regularly monitor their continuing suitablity to work with vulnerable adults.

We invest in ongoing staff training and professional development.

We ensure we employ sufficient numbers of suitably qualified, trained and experienced staff and we do not delegate speciast tasks to staff who are not trained to carry them out.

Staff are required to comply with all Codes of Practice published by Social Care Wales.

Our Services are Regulated and Inspected by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government.
